I thought they had a job lead for me but instead they brought me in to interview for a position as a recruiter. I was a little bothered by this. I don't feel they represented the job as it actually was, which was cold calling inside sales with the opportunity to meet/interview candidates. They downplayed the quota on dials and hours of time on the phone required per week.

The interviewer was attentive, knowledgeable, and transparent about expectations. They created a comfortable environment that encouraged thoughtful conversation and questions. The responsibilities of the role were clearly explained, along with expectations for success. There was transparency around growth opportunities and how the position contributes to the broader organization.

Entrevista
I got Asked to interview and expected it to be on camera. I came prepared on camera and early while the hiring manager came on via phone only and late. He seemed like a horrible mentor and teacher and actually didn’t even ask me any questions. He just told me about the job (which the recruiter had already done) and fluffed himself up a little bit. I left the interview knowing for sure this wasn’t going to be a fit for me and the culture seems like it’s very antiquated and a boys club.
