I had an initial screening and then a second interview where i had to role play as i were presenting to the core team and steering committee, based on a case packet they sent to me in advance

Phone interview, testing, and two in person interviews. The phone interview was far more in depth than most. The testing was similar to fun logic games and personality indicators. I actually would have done them for entertainment value under other circumstances. The interview was enjoyable, however there were a lot of acronyms being thrown around and some were similar to other industries I had been in, so I had to question which they were using. That made me feel a little less confident than I usually do in an interview.
