1 Phone interview with internal recruiter. Then Three 30 minute interviews with Recruiting Area Manager, Recruiting Director, and Sales Director. Process took about 3 weeks. They asked similar questions in all the interviews and were transparent about the process.

The interview process depends on the role and company you are interviewing for. I only had a two step interview process. I had one screen with a recruiter at Randstad and one with the company I was interviewing for.
