3 interviews so far. One with a team lead (informal but quite in depth in terms of motivations and scenario based questions)
2nd Interview: with 3 members of his team who would be teammates. Was reasonably formal but they were very nice. Tried to understand my current role, the people I interacted with, my motivations
3rd Interview: with Director who is head of the 30 person team. Was a long 1 hour 45 minute discussion about the company and my motivations and interests.

Face to face interview with hiring manager followed by cognitive ability test, simple and straight forward though the test is quite out-of-the-box and can be challenging if you're unfamiliar with IQ test style questions.
