The interview process with Randstad was straightforward and professional. After submitting my application, I received a phone call to confirm my details and work experience. The interviewer asked about my previous warehouse duties, availability, and willingness to work in shifts. They explained the job responsibilities clearly and were friendly and supportive throughout the process. The whole interview lasted about 20 minutes, and I received feedback quickly afterward.
