It was for Oracle PLSQL Support position in Majesco Mumbai through randstand as third party payroll. There were two F2F rounds and I was selected. I was called to provide aadhar and other details and they said we will provide you the offer letter with my expected salary demand in 2-3 days. But I didn't receive any offer letter after 3 days so I called them , they started negotiating with me in salary saying they don't have budget so I agreed. But even then I didn't receive any offer letter. Whenever I called they said they will provide offer letter in 2-3 days. This went on for a month and lastly they said they don't have budget and have already hired some candidates in less salary so they can't select me now. They have wasted my time and also didn't stated clearly on the first place about their budget. If they don't have budget they shouldn't have contacted me.
