I met with 3 people from different managing levels, they tested my English and Chinese skills. It was pretty repetitive as all 3 asked similar questions that is expected from an interview. However, when asked for follow up feedback or updates through email, no one replied.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
