Had multiple interviews with single individuals. Had to answer standard interview questions and draw an example model of utility networks on a white board. The whole process was quick and they were very friendly. I did have one person that I interviewed with who was very cold and almost rude. This person ended up being my direct manager and it was later made known to me that he didn't want me hired at all.
