De sollicitatieprocedure bij randstad liep erg vlot. Ik solliciteerde online en werd enkele dagen later gecontacteerd door de senior recruiter. Ze nodigde me uit voor een gesprek op kantoor en op voorhand moest ik een cognitieve vaardigheidstest en persoonlijkheidsvragenlijst invullen. Correcte procedure, goede communicatie, eerlijke en transparante feedback

I submitted my resume to a position and a Recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability. I replied quickly and never heard back. Called and left a message and nothing. Sent a follow up email and still heard nothing. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me with this organization.
Randstad leadership you need to do better on who represents your organization
