I was invited to a 30 min interview. It was a screening call with the recruiter. I introduced myself, the recruiter introduced the role and the company. It all went well until we reached my language skills. C1 level of French was needed for the job and I am a beginner - as I stated in my CV. However, the recruiter wanted to 'test my knowledge', so another person (French native) was invited to the call. All in all, I was told it's a no due to my French language skills which I already knew I don't have. I am still wondering why was I invited to the interview in the first place despite clearly stating that I am a beginner in French?

Recrutement efficace et rapide. 1 échange dans un premier temps téléphonique suivi de 2 entretiens : 1 avec le RH puis 1 entretien avec le Directeur d'Agence. Très pros. Salarié depuis bientôt 3 ans, je suis satisfaite de mon entreprise qui propose des opportunités carrière et de la formation puisqu'elle nous mets à disposition un outil en "libre service".
