Initial online application followed by two in person interviews. The first was a standard interview, answering questions about your previous experience and how you might respond in certain scenarios. The second was a presentation on your understanding of the company.

I progressed through all the stages of interviews (approx. 3-4 stages of Teams calls). I reached the final stage of the process and never heard anything after! I sent an email two weeks after the interview and a phone cal four weeks thereafter. I understand no response on application or maybe first stage of interviews as this is normal, but this was a lengthy process and they left me completely in the dark. They lived up to their poor reputation and high employee turnover!
