Lasted 30 min. Asked about my job experience, history, and about current projects. The principal and director was in attendance and also another project manager. It was pretty laid back
Interviewed with the Vice President and Director on a video call and in person. Invited me to come to the office for a tour. Seemed like a great opportunity, but bad timing.

Skype call with two Rand employees. Laid back and informative interview. The guys I spoke with were easy going but also navigated the various talking points professionally. A second interview will take place should they chose to move forward with the process and vice versa.
