Standard retail interview- not difficult asked general retail questions such as have you ever gone above and beyond for a customer/ how do you take responsibility for your personal targets

I was offered an interview. We arranged a suitable time and date which was written down, including verbally confirming the details, during the phone call. I arrived at the interview to be told it had taken place the previous week and denied a chance to be interviewed.
