I had to complete a 3 question video interview, I am very well spoken and can be very empathetic. However, not having anyone to speak with and not having a genuine conversation with a human being does not convey that at all. Ramp wants you to have the conversational skills to have great customer service and to demonstrate those skills but not have a genuine conversation with a human being but rather a one-sided conversation with an imaginary customer. Instead of being able have a normal conversation and interact with a person, I fail based on being nervous of messing up a video interview. I'm ok with speaking with people but the video interview made me very nervous in fear of messing up. I am more than qualified for the position and was employed for a similar job previously but couldn't pass the video interview, therefore ruined my chance.
After applying, got an automatic email reply with links to complete two separate initial AI screenings. One was a timed assessment and the other was an AI interview. The AI interview let's you record your answer to questions twice which was nice and the assessment was fairly straightforward but also open-ended. Use time accordingly. 30 minutes total.

Applied first. Then got an acknowledge email.
But then, I got confused because they sent a recording interview, a test and an online interview. Did not know if I had to finish the others before the online interview. But well.

I Applied online, you have to ensure you have an updated resume to pass the AI screening. Then had a virtual recorded interview with pre-recorded questions. There was no interviewer, just questions that were shown to be answered within a certain time frame. Then another written timed interview, then phone interview
