I was excited to interview at Ramp, but their communication with candidates can be improved. The first time I applied, I had an interview set up with the hiring manager but the recruiter cancelled it last minute because the positions were filled. A couple weeks later, I saw that the same positions were back on the website so I reached back out again. This time, after passing the hiring manager interview, I got up to the stage where I completed the live sql assessment (I knew I did well because I was told my answers were correct and I did it faster than anticipated). Despite this, I did not move on to the next round. I kindly asked the recruiter for feedback via email but heard nothing from them.
