Company wanted people from industry experience but was not aware of hierarchy of the industry.
They were too hopeful about the qualities they needed but were not positive in giving suitable designation. It was due to lack of industry knowledge that they were unable to gauge the potential and finally ended up with an offer that wasn't suitable to the responsibilities they spoke about. They offer almost nil negotiations and HR also gives fake promises during joining abt increments being given later which are baseless.
Overall though they want experts but don't pay like hiring an expert, moreover they dont have internal skill to judge the candidate's ability

Entrevista
I had an online interview after meeting them at a career fair. Interviewer was pleasant and no technical questions were asked. Reverted back to me fairly quickly. Interviewer was willing and open to answer questions about the role and day-to-day.

Entrevista
I had two rounds of interview. Technical and HR. Technical interview was very professional. Interviewer explains me about the job role at the end and gave positive feedback. HR round not as I expected little unprofessional. Overall good experience.

you firstly will talk to the manager who will ask you some of the questions about the role and company and your background. then you will be interviewed by tech head and will ask you some question about your skills. lastly, you will talk to HR.
