The interview process was weak; the interviewers lacked knowledge about the role and seemed unprepared, which raised concerns about the company’s organization and understanding of the position. In overall, it was not a professional interview.

Entrevista
I applied through an alumni of my university and was contacted to schedule an interview at their Princeton office. The interview went very well and everyone was extremely nice. No difficult questions were asked it was mainly a review of my experience and then plenty of time for me to ask questions. I met with around 6 people for this first interview. They ended up asking me back for a follow up interview with two senior members I was unable to meet h the first time. Everyone was very pleasant, but the whole process took a lot longer than it needed to. The whole process took around 2 months and I was told that my skill set did not match the position.
