firstly is the introduction and then they ask me the reason why I apply this role. Then they ask about the challenge I face before and how I dealt with it. Lastly, they asked a technical question about thermal application.

Decent not bad group exercise then some exams if you prepare well you’ll have a decent chance of getting an offer. Make sure you know everything about the company and come on time

Assessment centre included a team working exercise and a presentation on the topic followed by a 50 minute individual interview. Was a fun day overall with networking opportunities and company talks.
