Written test,face to face and software test will be there but atlast they offer 3lpa after torturing with all stupid questions and targets your personal details. They do cost cutting by hiring people who are financially weak and pays very less for masters degree candidates also .with that we have to survive in city is very very difficult.

The Interview process was fairly easy as the company was clear in what they wanted and for which project they were looking for candidates. I was asked to submit a CV which I happily updated and sent across. After that an hour long interview happened some time in two weeks where they selected myself then and there and asked of my epectations.
