After speaking over the phone with the head of HR/hiring, I was invited to meet with the HR/hiring manager in NYC. Once we determined I would be a fit for the position, I met with the managers at two different retail locations, including RL SoHo and the Polo Sport store on Madison Avenue. Finally, I spoke with the hiring manager again to exchange feedback on which location might be the better fit. I was then offered a position shortly thereafter.

A few rounds but informational. Know your fashion. Be familiar with the history and legacy of the brand. It helps if you come with a client book. If not, it is pretty easy to build one.

Super easy interview process. I called Ralph Lauren's flagship store in NY and emailed my resume and CV and got scheduled for an interview that same week. The interview was over video call and then had another one the following week.
