Started with an initial non technical call followed by a coding portion on Codility. Pretty basic stuff. Following that was an online interview which was a simple technical discussion. The on-site was scheduled and lasted approximately 4 hours. Didn't get lunch which was disappointing as I was starving at the end and just wanted to get out of there to get food. The interview process as a whole was enjoyable. The employees were very nice and it was fun talking with everyone. Then comes the part where they tell me they are offering me a position. What follows are two unsatisfying phone calls where I am told they have an offer in the pipe but never present it to me. In the end I took a different offer.
