I had my first interview with 2 members of the team, and it was highly disorganized. They had no questions prepared for me and were basically making it up on the spot until the time was up. It was a really bad first impression, as I spent a lot of time preparing for my interview and it kind of felt like a waste of time. This team/department seemed very Japanese and I feel like the global departments would be a better vibe.
