Many questions about previous experience, questions about design system and implementation of some components, frameworks, development aproaches. Simple questions related to design, figma, etc. Brief behavioural interview, conflict situations, team building, etc.

Applied online. Got codility test after one week.
After two weeks had a technical interview with two engineers of the team where they asked me about my previous work among technical questions. As I was comfortable talking in japanese half of the interview was conducted in japanese
After another two weeks had a second interview with the team manager. Mainly questions related with the culture matching. Asked to read Mikitani's books after passing the interview.
After another two weeks had the final interview with the section manager.
