Interview process was great in the beginning and things seemed to progress quickly. Right before the final round, the recruiter promised to give me a call but ended up ghosting me for a month and some change. No calls or emails from then on.

What is your experience with ecommerce or retail products?
multi round interview process. interviews themselves were fine, but communication afterwards was basically nonexistent. I had to repeatedly email for an update over several weeks, felt ghosted. Eventually was told they went in another direction, which i could have guessed. Just would have appreciated some communication, so I could stop looking for a response.
