Entrevista
I was invited to the company. The infra looked good and the hr seemed helpful. I started with my first round, the interviewer seemed impatient as if he had to be somewhere else. He started by giving me a problem, and as i was discussing the solution , he interrupted and said you have 5 mins to code this problem. I couldn't code it in the most optimised solution, so he commented that it's such a easy problem. I rolled my eyes so hard. Then he started asking me questions on spring and core java that seemed fine. What irritated me was when he started asking me about time complexity of sorting algorithms and was asking me time complexity in worst case and best case. The worst part was he was expecting answers in 30 secs. Thanks, but no thanks, i rather not answer this. He asked me tough problem and then told 15 mins to code with all edge cases. Then, he kept checking his watch every 2 mins. He asked me 3 programming questions and 25 theory java questions in 1 hr that felt like 2 hrs. No kidding! I read such horrible reviews about rakuten and it's interview process, i never thought it was gonna be this bad. They want people who can mug up geeksforgeeks not developers

Got a call from the company HR .
It was a f2f in MG road office, office is really good.
They just took once round and said HR will inform for next process.
But one more person was waiting for the interview, he was told panel is not available and asked to come tomorrow, which is really bad.

I was on a first step interview that is codility test, i don't know if i fulfill rakuten comptence or not, because i just solved the test with time complexity O(n), but the task wants me to solve this with O(log n) time complexity, right now i am waiting for the result i was accepted on next step or not. I thnik O(n) is better than brute force complexity. Hopefully i can hear good news from rakuten this week.
