The recruiter, Janelle Leake, was fantastic and answered any and all questions I had. I did 4 separate interviews and every single one was timely, professional, and very informative. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 overall.

Prepare for a long road and being “ghosted” by recruiting during a process that will exceed several months. You will go through multiple zoom/ phone interviews as well as be expected to travel for one on one interviews. During my interview process I actually started another job because it took them so long to complete the process as they “lost my information “ and even sent me a rejection letter after making an offer not even realizing it… very disorganized ( at least in the Houston market.
