I went through a recruiter who handled the contact with the company and then relayed that communication to me. There was a first and second interview and then a "preview shift" where I worked 8 hours (a Friday night closing shift) followed by a meeting with one of the owners and then was offered the job and given a training location. The entire process took several weeks which should have been an indication that this company does not utilize time management.

Interview process is easy. You start with a phone interview typically. Then a video interview then an in person interview. Everyone is super super nice. (That’s your red flag) The company as a whole is great and the concept even better. The culture is amazing however do not expect any honesty brought to the table during the interview process. You will be told what you want to hear and sold a dream to get you in the door.

Great benefits, flexible schedule. The key to being successful is to take care of the crew members. Starting pay was $18. That's really good for how easy the job is. All we do is sell chicken
