The process lasted about a month and, because I was not in Berlin, most of it took place on Skype. I had 2 interviews with HR, one of which was a case study. 1 interview with the hiring manger and finally 1 interview with CEO onsite, in order to get to know the team in person too. I cannot say that the process was easy, but the Recruiting team did a great job and made it smooth and straightforward with their prompt feedbacks and instructions. The onsite meetings were also a good opportunity to evaluate if my personality would match the working environment. It was overall a positive experience and the team was very nice, however I couldn't accept the offer because I wasn't able to relocate.
