I had a 30-minute phone screen over Zoom with HR within 2 weeks of applying online, and they updated me on my candidacy 2 weeks after the screen. Had I moved forward, there would've been two more interviews—one with two peers and one with the CEO—and a written assignment. The process would've probably been 2 months from application to offer.
