Had three interviews with different directors and human resources. The first one was very casual over Zoom just a quick introduction to what I'd done and where I'd worked. The second one was with two directors who asked me more in-depth questions about my experiences and about the business. The third one was in person and consisted of a casual conversation where I never felt pressured or nervous. They were all very nice and welcoming from the beginning. I got the offer within a week and started working shortly after.
