Phone interview was a 10-minute one-way conversation - interviewer provided only the cons and the less appealing expectations/duties of the job. Little time given to interviewee to respond/ask questions, or request an in-person meeting. Interviewer formed their impression swiftly based on very limited interaction on the part of the interviewee.
