The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn with subject: 01010010 01010010 00110001 00111001 and said my profile stood out. I got excited and scheduled an interview, the interview was about previous experience, behavior questions. Then we agreed on a second round of interview with the same recruiter, this time was technical questions about basic Javascript and SQL Then we agreed on third interview for another round of technical questions, they send me a "Back-End Developer Hiring Test" it is a SQL challenge while the position I am applying to is Senior Support Engineer, I am not sure how is it relevant but I said ok, I passed the challenge and almost a month passed and still waiting for a response, I sent a follow up email, but got no response (ghosted)
