Too long: 1) Personality test with 90 questions. 2) Social Media Test 3) Telephone interview 4) 3-4 face to face interviews They wasted time on preliminary steps instead of hiring great talent. Their head of HR doesn't really understand their business, nor do they actually know how to interview well and prepare their team conducting the interviews to be good interviewers. I would not recommend interviewing here if you get asked.
