The first round was call with HR and the next was on site. I met with three people and most of the time they were talking about what i will be doing in the job. They just asked me " Tell me about yourself" and no other questions were asked. If they were going to figure out if i will be fit for the job with just "Tell me about yourself" it would have been better to do it over phone call instead of me coming over to their office by travelling for an hour each way
