I completed an application on-line with a personality and skills test included. I was called about two weeks later by the district manager to schedule an interview. I completed 1:1 interview, it only took about 20 minutes. During the interview, I reviewed my past employment, had to role play selling a phone. He took a copy of my drivers license at that point. He told me he would be in contact. About a week later he asked if I could meet with him again, he offered the job pending a background check. I received a call about three days later and was told I passed my background check. I had to log on to fill out a second application and some other information. I started working two days later.

There was a group interview. There was a follow interview with the DM There was not a lot of consistency and probably could have been more in depth. This was in brand for the company
