The interview was performed as a group of three individuals, a functional manager, a program manager, and a senior engineer. A series of questions were asked regarding my experience applicable to the job function and my ability to adapt to the company environment. They showed me the lab area consisting of both the manufacturing and testing areas. The owner of the company came later to describe the product line and customer base.
