I had a 1:1 interview with manager. The manager was looking for a hard worker with a good attitude. Questions were more related to work ethic and character. Good leadership and culture to work for.
Revolving door of potential employees, you’ll be treated as such. Owner does not care about you, you will learn that within the first week. Treats contractors bad too, I have friends that fixed the roof and, without knowing I had worked there, talked about how rude he was.
