Very casual, not over bearing and it was very pleasant. They were clear about expectations for their employees and what services they offer. I liked that they have clear respect for maintaining a balanced an orderly workload/schedule. They are very big on technique and training as well which certainly sets them apart from other chains that are less quality service driven.

The process was like any other job interview. At first they didn't pick me, but then months later they contacted me for another interview. However they will take forever to respond to you and make you feel like you will get the job when they ask you to come in for a working interview. While I was at the working interview, I never got to be with the manager to learn more about the position and stayed at the receptionist desk the whole time. When I finally got to be with the manager for a couple minutes before my time was up, she told me that she would "get back to me by 5 or 6" after she does another interview in the next couple days. This is a very clear example of poor management, leading people on to think they're first in line for the job, when in reality they're interviewing several people.
