I was contacted shortly after applying and was asked to interview over the phone with a hiring manager, and then was moved on to a zoom interview with the director of my department. After this, I was asked for references and heard back from the company with a job offer about 1.5 weeks later. The interview was extremely pleasant and informative, both people I spoke to encouraged questions and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and informed.
