Pretty easy. I submitted my resume and got a call the next day. Met with the marketing manager. Followed up a day or so later and she called me back for a second interview with the office manager and owner. About a week later I was offered the position. I accepted but needed to give 2 week notice with my current employer. My start date was February 29th, 2016.
