A very smooth, professional and "human" process (other than the automated application process utilizing my LinkedIn profile that "lost its connection to LinkedIn" when I was 99 percent done and I had to start over). I saw a job posting on LinkedIn and contacted a friend who works for TMP. That friend submitted my resume. I was contacted within a day or two by a recruiter at the HQ to set up an initial call the following day. Prior to the call, I filled out the online application (described above) and after the call, I was put in contact with the hiring manager. Due to a hectic travel schedule, and crazy winter weather, it took about a week and a half to get in for the in-person interview. Once I did, it was a really great and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, I was pretty late to the party...and because they were already well down the path with another qualified candidate (I believe that person was interviewing with the CEO in NY the same day I had my in-person interview) - they offered that person the position. TMP was great about letting me know the outcome and didn't leave me hanging. I really appreciated this, as it isn't all that common these days!
