There was an initial telephone interview which was helpful it helped me to understand more about the role. This was then followed by a face to face interview where I could see the office and meet the line manager.

Two virtual interviews after a phone screen. Relatively casual. Mostly asking about past experience and what I was looking for. It was an entry-level role so really just looking to see if I was a fit for the opening.

Entrevista
Very basic interview. However, the HR was very unprofessional. She seemed to be very distracted. Prior to that interview, we had briefly discussed salary exceptions, and was asking again during the interview. When asked if that could be a bit flexible, she said that this is not going to work as I'm not a good fit. I followed up with an email, which she never responded.

Interviewers were incredibly kind, friendly and informative about the process and role. I asked lots of questions to get a better understanding of the role and after the interview felt confident that I knew what the role entailed.
