Interview went great. Had to stand up in the back of the store. But i guess that's getting you prepared for the job. Also asked questions about previous work history. Would you still see yourself working for RaceTrac in the future. What made you decide to apply to the store. Also what do you think is easiest and hardest about providing customer service.

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
