They call you for an interview. If they like you they call you back to go to the orientation. By then, your hired. But, they can let you go after training week if they don't like you but it's an easy job. The orientation was in the ATL HQ but that's if you live in the GA area.

Entrevista
The interview there were two rounds one was with the recruiter and the manger of a racetrack. Overall, it wasn’t really hard but they do ask questions based on your work ethic and work availability

If I have any other job? School? Best qualities? Availability?
Quick and painless. Very simple questions such as your previous work experience and your work to availability. They did mine in the back of a store. Before I left, they offered me the job on the spot. Very easy.
The interview process was good nothing bad and they’re very calm and nice about you getting a job there and also they work with you the best way possible and they also make sure they’re in the same page as you and they aren’t rude about anything. If you aren’t comfortable with something make sure to let them know and they will make sure you’re comfortable as possible.
