Ridiculous. 4 weeks and 4 interviews for a mid level office position. told at the 4th interview the job is mine and to keep an eye out for my onboarding package. it never came so I reached out to HR as instructed. No response. Waited 2 more days, sent follow up email. no response. The following day get a generic rejection email saying they chose another candidate which i find hard to believe as I was told there were no others during my 4th interview and that the job was mine. Confused, I followed up again with a screenshot of the email. once again, no response. I've been in HR 18 years. This is HANDS DOWN the most unprofessional and unacceptable hiring process I have ever encountered and I have seen it all. Unless you want a month of your time to be wasted only to be ignored, I HIGHLY recommend not applying to any position for this company. If this is how they treat potential employees, I'm shocked they have any customers at all. They should be embarrassed.
