I applied online and got the first interview with a Senior Engineering Manager in AI. The manager did not seem to really care about my experience. He usually looked into another screen and sometimes sighed. A candidate may or may not be a good fit for the position. But that does not mean that the recruter has the right to show their direct negative attitude. After the interview, there was absolutely no feedback at all. Anyway, I was happy to move on because this ghosting gave me a glimpse of the work atmosphere in this company.
