Over 7-8 hours of interview, LeetCode, ML/system design, behavioral, etc. Questions spanned from medium to hard. At the end didn't receive an offer (in fact didn't receive a rejection either). For that long interview, the very least expectation is to provide constructive feedback on why they didn't hire someone.
