I was invited to interview virtually on the Microsoft Teams platform. Michelle Schlapfer in HR handled all of the communication prior to hiring, but I interviewed with the project planning managers.

I applied online and was invited to a phone interview a week later. The interviewer was slightly late but the interview itself was quite relaxed. They didn't ask me much about my previous experience, they seemed to be more interested in my motivations to work there, what I knew about the company, what was my expected salary and whether I'd be willing to work overtime.
