Completed on demand interview consisting of a few questions with limited characters to be used for response so wording was essential. Then video interview commenced with about 8-10 questions regarding background, behavioral and one technical question about NPV. You had 60 seconds to prepare for the question and 2 minutes to respond. For the technical question you get 5 minutes and it tends to be a multi level question.

Whole day assessment center, this included various things including but not limited to interview, presentations, group discussions, company tour. It was friendly comfortable and good experience. However, I think they were bias towards people who don't require sponsorship/work visas.
