Had a phone interview followed by two in-person interviews with the owner/publisher. The first in-person interview lasted approximately one hour. He asked detailed questions about what makes good news and about the structure of news stories. We also discussed the magazine production process in detail. His questions were relevant and thoughtful and what you would expect. Also took a series of tests to assess grammar and AP style skills.
